Ryan West, founder and President of EQualifyed LLC, leads wellbeing-focused training and consulting, which leverages the powerful framework of emotional intelligence to transform the intra and interpersonal communication skills of leaders, teams and service-oriented professionals. He holds a master’s degree in psychology with an organizational concentration and maintains several industry-relevant credentials.

Ryan is certified to professionally administer and interpret EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 instruments and the MBTI®, and is a Certified Forensic Interviewer specializing in nonverbal communication.

Having served as a counselor, clinical evaluator, and workplace consultant for a regional drug and alcohol treatment provider for more than 10 years, Ryan is also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, President-Elect for the Employee Assistance Professional’s Association – Indiana Chapter, and a DOT Qualified Substance Abuse Professional.
