When viewing aggregate incident management compliance data related to timely reporting and submission of final sections of incident reports, the AAW performance is not in a range that is acceptable. In order to be most efficient with providing technical assistance to providers and to be able to directly engage with provider Incident Management Representatives (IM Reps), it is critical that we have contact information for the IM Rep in each of the AAW providers.
