Effective June 1, 2022, the approved waiver amendments included expanded eligibility for individuals with a medically complex condition. The Consolidated Waiver amendment specifically included new qualification criteria for Life Sharing providers that render services to individuals with a medically complex condition. This announcement provides additional details on those qualification criteria.
