This announcement advises Supports Brokers that ODP’s Consolidated, Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS), and Community Living (CL) Waiver renewals effective January 1, 2023, require that Support Service Professionals/Supports Brokers must successfully complete a Supports Broker Certification program provided by ODP or its designee every three years following initial certification. This is a program specifically developed for recertification and is separate from the original certification training. Training dates and recertification requirements are provided in the announcement.
