 The purpose of this communication is to announce that Appendices I and J of the proposed renewal of the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW), as well as the rate-setting methodology used to develop the proposed Fee Schedule Rates for services funded through the Adult Autism Waiver and the proposed Department-established Fees for residential ineligible services, are available for public review and comment. There is a 30-day public comment period that begins on May 22, 2021 and ends on June 21, 2021.
