ODPANN 21-035 Now Available Amendments to the Consolidated, Community Living and Person Family Directed Support (PFDS) Waivers Submitted to CMS

The purpose of this communication is to inform all interested parties of the submission of the proposed amendments to the Consolidated, Community Living, and P/FDS Waivers to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). It is anticipated that the amendments will be effective July 1, 2021.
