Senator Casey’s (D-PA) and Congresswoman Debbie Dingell’s offices (D-MI) shared press releases on Better Care Better Jobs Act (S. 100, HR 547) which came out in late January 2023 in both US Senate and US House versions. This legislation would support increased HCBS wages for staff supporting people with disabilities and seniors. Senator Casey is the lead sponsor with Senator Fetterman listed as a co-sponsor on S.100. There are no PA members from the US House yet listed as current co-sponsors on HR 547.
